Local Synthetic Turf Services in Davidson, NC
Davidson is one of those places where curb appeal matters. Between beautiful neighborhoods, active families, backyard entertaining, and a real appreciation for outdoor spaces, homeowners here want a yard that looks sharp without becoming a full-time job. That is exactly where we come in. At Dream Greens NC, we help Davidson property owners upgrade problem areas with premium synthetic turf, custom putting greens, pet-friendly turf, and landscape lighting that makes the whole space stand out.
We work with homeowners who are tired of fighting mud, bare spots, shade issues, and high-maintenance grass. We also help clients who want something more custom, like a backyard golf green near the patio or pool. Our goal is simple: build something that looks great, holds up, and stays low maintenance for years.
Built for Davidson backyards
Davidson homes often have outdoor spaces that are meant to be used, not just looked at. Whether you want a clean lawn around the pool, a pet turf area that drains well and stays neat, or a backyard putting green for practice and entertaining, we design each project around how you actually live. We use high-quality American-made synthetic turf and proven installation methods because we want your investment to last.
We are also a local dealer for Synthetic Turf International in North Carolina, which gives our customers added confidence in the products we install. We stand behind our work long after the job is done.

What makes our process different
We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. When you call us, we start with a real conversation about your yard, goals, budget, and timeline. If we have enough information, we can often give you a ballpark price range early on. For putting green projects, we can also provide free drone-based renderings for qualified jobs, using overhead images of your actual yard. That lets you see the layout, shape, and hole placement before we build.
Once the design is approved, we take final measurements, prepare a formal estimate, collect a down payment to get your project on the schedule and begin ordering materials, and then complete the installation based on weather and availability. Every project ends with a final walkthrough and punch list so we can make sure everything is right.
Why Davidson homeowners choose Dream Greens NC
- We specialize in synthetic turf conversions and upgrades
- We use premium products and installation methods for durability
- We create custom designs instead of forcing a standard layout
- We offer free consultations and helpful guidance from the start
- We provide strong post-install support if something goes wrong that is not your fault
- We leave a remnant piece of turf from the same dye lot for future repairs
We are not the cheapest option, and we are upfront about that. Some homeowners ask why our quote may be higher than a landscaper's. The answer is simple: we use better turf, better base preparation, and better installation techniques. That means better performance, better looks, and a longer-lasting result. If you want it done right the first time, we are the team to call.
Helpful answers to common questions
Can synthetic turf work in shady parts of my yard? Yes. Turf is a great fit for areas where natural grass struggles, including around pools and in deep shade.
Can you show me what a putting green will look like first? Yes. For qualified projects, we offer free drone-based renderings over your actual yard.
Can you fit any number of golf holes into a small green? No. The layout has to fit the space. We will recommend a design that plays well and makes sense for the size of your yard.
What if my turf gets damaged later? Call us right away. If the damage is not your fault, we will inspect it and repair what we can, even years later. We also leave remnant turf for future patching.
Do you handle technical lighting design? Yes. Our lighting specialist designs the system with the proper fixtures, wattage, and power needs so it performs the way it should.
