What affects the price
- Square footage
- Larger areas cost more in total but usually less per square foot.
- Removal of existing grass, rock or soil
- Sod, roots and debris have to come out before a stable base goes in.
- Base and drainage
- A compacted aggregate base keeps the surface flat and draining for years.
- Edging and borders
- Curves, beds, pavers and pool decks all need clean, secure edges.
- Access
- Backyard-only access with no equipment path adds labor.
- Turf product
- Pile height, density and blade style affect both look and price.
Why the cheapest quote can cost more
We are often not the cheapest quote, and we are honest about that. Better base prep, better materials and better techniques mean a lawn that still looks perfect years from now.
